Senior CRM Executive – Education – Manchester - £25,000 to £29,000

Are you a CRM expert looking for a new career move? Look no further! This highly successful educational services business based in Manchester is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to develop cutting edge marketing automation campaigns!

Our client is a leading provider of educational services in the UK who have an innovative and proactive vision. With a 40-year heritage, they are an extremely trusted national brand in their sector. In order to continue this success, they are now looking for a talented Senior CRM Executive to deliver accurate communication strategies to a specific target audience based on on-going campaign analysis, in order to maximise the potential of every customer relationship.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Executive:

  • Develop automation communications throughout the full CRM process
  • Design a roadmap based on which type of content performs best for each segment depending on their position in the customer lifecycle
  • Work with the product and content team to draw the right content to the correct place in the buying cycle against the various personas
  • Implement automated lead qualification capabilities to rank qualified sales leads according to buying interest and engagement
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and admission team ensuring consistency between workflows marrying email/content against the sales and admission process
  • Plan and execute marketing communications via Salesforce
  • Automation of customer service messages both for prospects and customers
  • Develop testing programs to advance segmentation and lifecycles
  • Monitor, analyse, optimise and report results on performance
  • Assist in developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in lead generation programs, email marketing and inbound marketing is key
  • Able to take on projects from start to finish with excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrates technical ability in building the key elements that make up an automated communication journey from HTML emails to Ampscript coding
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable
  • Able to refine marketing and sales alignment through continuous business process improvement
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce
  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail
