As the company continues to expand and develop, they are now searching for a meticulous and innovative Senior CRM Executive to join their dynamic team. The Senior CRM Executive will be liable for creating, distributing and reviewing all CRM campaign performances in order to strive for optimum efficiency. Our client is looking for someone with experience in the creation and execution of successful CRM strategies and campaigns combined with an analytical mindset.

The Main Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Executive:

  • Create, test and broadcast all marketing emails whilst also generating engaging content and messages
  • Conduct and regulate customer segmentation and aim to drive open rates and conversions
  • Deliver targeted content by utilising the business’ automated programs and make recommendations based on test results
  • Ensure the CRM budget and procedures are adhered to
  • Use the Risk Management Framework to make informed risk decisions and log all risk events

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Experience in a similar CRM role combined with the ability to produce CRM content
  • Expert knowledge of building automated journeys with ESP as well as the ability to present key findings
  • Comfortable working to various deadlines and across multiple segments
  • Competent knowledge of existing and emerging CRM regulations
  • Capable of producing top-quality work within a fast-paced environment
