Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Consumer Research Manager:

• Lead on research development and management within consumer services.
• Utilise a wide variety of research methodologies in order to innovate brands.
• Designing and leading consumer research opportunities with clients.
• Lead, manage and mentor a team.
• Supporting and developing the team to achieve business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate:

• An accomplished researcher, with research agency experience.
• Able to work to ambitious targets and tight deadlines.
• Experienced at managing projects and delivering client briefs from conception to inception i.e. design and proposal writing to delivery of actionable insights.
• A great communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Passionate about getting to the real story behind the data and research, and able to turn that into something valuable for clients.
• Organised, ambitious, hardworking and up for a challenge.
