We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading digital marketing agency as their new Senior Account Manager! Ideally located in Central Manchester, surrounded by amazing bars, restaurants, and transport links, this agency work on developing effective marketing strategies for some very well-known, global brands! They are currently expanding their talented team, and are looking for a Senior Client Manager.

As the Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing a variety of digital media campaigns. You will update clients on innovations and developments in their marketplace, and inform them on the activity of their competitors. The main aspect of your role is to ensure that all clients receive the highest service levels!

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Client Manager:

  • Manage campaigns and client return on investment across digital channels
  • Use data to turn your own ideas into digital media strategies
  • Work on methods for maximising client return
  • Guide clients through the campaign plans and budgets
  • Lead meetings with clients
  • Manage the consolidation of multi-media campaign briefs
  • Analyse competitor behaviour using tools such as Google, Comscore, Adgooroo, and Hitwise
  • Update clients about media innovations and market developments
  • Delegate work across the team effectively

Required Skills and Attributes of the Senior Client Manager:

  • Previous experience working on campaigns for well-known clients
  • Knowledge of and experience with all digital media channels and how to use them to develop integrated media campaigns
  • Understanding of PPC
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced understanding of programmes such as DDS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Intrigued by consumers – highly interested in what media they consume and how they consume it
