Senior Account Manager – Sale – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) – Up to 40,000 - Agency

The company:

The organisation has became of the most successful full service agencies in Manchester over five decades. The friendly team consists of experienced creatives, planners, strategists, designers, PR and social specialists. Their UK and European clients derive from a range of sectors including healthcare, education, home appliances, construction and many more!

The role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for a wide range of client accounts. You would report to the Account Director and the other members of the agency team but also have the ability to work on tasks individually. Tasks would include speccing, budgeting, briefing, delivery and reporting for small and large scale projects – while ensuring client relations are maintained to an excellent and professional manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships
  • Have a thorough understanding of your clients’ products, services, culture and goals
  • A confident communicator who can brief creative, artwork, media and research
  • Help develop and present creative and campaign proposals to clients 
  • Manage multi-channel campaign delivery across digital, social, press, OOH, experiential, radio, direct mail, websites, email etc
  • Manage and prioritise multiple activities for various clients
  • Ability to create and manage campaign budgets and reports into forecasts

Key attributes:

  • At least 3-5 years client services experience
  • Experience in account management and handling campaigns for established clients
  • Ideally integrated marketing experience
  • A strategic and creative thinker
