This rapidly growing media agency uses its experience and creativity to come up with innovative campaigns that shoppers can really relate to. With a whole range of world-renown brands as their clients, the company strives to create campaigns that deliver value and impact! The business has recently entered a great new partnership, making this an exciting time to join them on their journey. With this new venture in mind, the agency is on the hunt for a talented Senior Account Executive to join their Liverpool team, and in return, they are offering a competitive salary plus bonus.

Supported by an experienced team of Client Services Managers and Client Services Directors, the Client Service Executive will be responsible for delivering full client campaigns. As such, the ideal candidate will have experience working with delivery teams across a range of departments, including design and offline marketing. The successful candidate will also be dealing directly with clients, so excellent communication and relationship management skills are required.

Main Responsibilities of Senior Account Executive:

  • Responsible for the management of client portfolios and building strong relationships with brands.
  • Active involvement in new business pitches and the ongoing management of accounts.
  • Understanding the day to day running of campaigns.
  • Offer support to the senior team when managing critical relationships and governance meetings.
  • Provide clients with high-quality marketing proposals.
  • Create processes and structures to ensure the business runs smoothly.
  • Contribution to organisational projects- supporting in training and development of the business

Key Skills and Attributes of the Senior Account Executive:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role is vital
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Able to take on responsibility of client relationships
  • Critical thinker with strong evaluation skills
  • Good general knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns, as well as an interest in FMCG and Retail
