Our client is a leading name in their industry, delivering services across the UK. They specialise in delivering top quality B2B services to an array of clients and pride themselves on their customer-centric business model. Due to their recent success, they are now looking to grow their team by recruiting a passionate Sales Support Analyst who will work within their Networking and Development team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Network Development Management Team and Marketing Department to be expected to carry out effective analysis of customer bases to assist the execution of marketing strategies and increase revenue.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Sales Support Analyst:

  • Provide detailed analysis and documentation to be used externally with customers
  • Identify trends within the industry and create strong commercial proposals to either accelerate and buck trends
  • Work closely with the brand team to fully understand brand strategies and create proposals on how to position products
  • Have meetings with the management team to understand customers position and what their current wants and desires are and how the brand can meet this
  • Create engaging content
  • Keep up with the latest sector trends and news
  • Display an eagerness to learn and understand the technical complexities of the role and the business

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and present data in a professional and timely manner
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent team player with a motivated attitude to work
  • A degree in a business or marketing subject will be advantageous
