This is an amazing opportunity to work with a leading hospitality brand and take charge of their events and promotions marketing! This is an exciting role which involves attending sports and music events locally and around the globe in order to amplify their brand personality and attract consumers.

Working with a small team, you will lead initiatives and a creative commercial vision in order to maximise brand exposure across the UK. The successful candidate will participate in the company ambassador team programme, attend national events, take charge of media and website leverage and instore promotions.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Regional Marketing Team Leader:

  • Create brands for the brand through creation and activation of a local marketing programme.
  • Recruit, train and run a diverse and on brand team of individual ambassadors to ensure that the campaign is running efficiently and to its full capacity throughout the year.
  • Deliver a brand experience which is high energy and exciting through activation of a marketing plan across 12 months.
  • Responsible for the research, contact, negotiation and activation of events and marketing project within the local region.
  • Responsible for the communication between regional and national teams.
  • Taking charge of the efficient administration of budgets in compliance with company policy.

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Prepared to travel
  • Experience in a previous similar role.
  • Experience in events marketing
  • Experience working with brand partnerships.
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident persona.
  • Broad understanding of brand marketing.
  • Ideally has experience in food/drink or hospitality industry but not essential.
