Being a natural salesperson and leader is vital, as well as the ability to forge strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Regional Account Director:

  • Recognising the agencies position in the wider advertising market
  • Growing the agencies revenue by creating new business
  • Help establish the long-term strategy and direction of the business
  • Work efficiently with a range of clients to understand and solve their business needs.
  • Drive innovation across the entire region.
  • Take responsibility for client’s accounts and ensure the agency is providing them with the best possible outputs.
  • Coordinate media plans with internal teams and media owners.
  • Continually optimise campaigns and client’s approaches to marketing.
  • Use strong management skills to manage teams and ensure they are performing to the best of their ability.
  • Ensure client’s objectives are being continuously met and ensure strong commercial management, including accurate forecasting, budget management, action plans and delivering profit.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years digital sales experience
  • Confident leader
  • Able to confidently communicate and present
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • A clear sales person with a genuine interest in the digital industry
  • Driven and motivated
  • Outgoing and able to express ideas and opinions
  • A hardworking and diligent individual who is keen to learn
