Here at The Candidate, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Project Manager to join a luxury brand who have taken the retail & eCommerce world by storm. With a presence across the whole of the UK, our client provide exceptional quality products alongside partnerships with globally leading brands such as TAG Heuer, Omega, Breitling, Tudor, Gucci and Vivienne Westwood.

Joining the CRM & IT team as the Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to support the integration and enablement of several systems within a new customer experience platform. Forming an integral part of the wider CRM & IT team, you’ll work closely with multiple departments across the business alongside external technical partners and system providers, to successfully deliver the projects in line with the product roadmaps. As the Project Manager, you’ll gain exposure across the whole delivery life cycle and have the training & autonomy to take projects right the way from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Managing the smooth and effective delivery of multiple system implementation and development projects that support the CRM team.
• Overseeing quality of output, adherence to scope, useability and performance and controlling risks to timelines.
• Scoping and documenting business objectives and requirements for new system enhancements and projects for CRM, working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to define scope.
• Understanding the opportunity of wider technical projects being conducted elsewhere in the business (eg. IT and eComm) and managing their impact on the CRM team.
• Supporting any specific configuration or adaptations that might be required to integrate with existing systems and applications.
• Constructing project plans then monitoring project timelines and progress, pro-actively flagging any delays or missed milestones with key stakeholders. 
• Chairing regular project status meetings and producing accompanying written reports.

The Ideal Candidate

• Commercially experienced in a role revolving around project management. This may either be as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator etc. The job title is less relevant than your experience and passion for making a real difference using project management methodologies to improve systems
• Excellent communication skills with a positive self-starting attitude
• Experience working within the retail sector with a genuine passion for helping to grow a genuine brand.
• It’s be an advantage if you have knowledge and awareness of CRM platforms, technologies & an eye for IT

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Office Profit Share Bonus

Working Environment: Hybrid with at least 1 day per week in the office (Lytham St Annes)
