In this role, you will ensure that the agency continues to leverage programmatic media in a way that continues to exceed expectations. You will be responsible for executing programmatic campaigns across a wide range of clients with varying direct-response goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making and improving strategies to increase campaign performance and top clients KPIs
  • Regulating and improving campaigns daily
  • Keeping up-to-date with knowledge of best practices, strategies, and offerings within the programmatic space
  • Regulating all programmatic channel tools (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, etc)
  • Offering analysis and information to required recipients
  • Applying best practices and contributing to team knowledge sharing
  • Pulling daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Recognising opportunities to inspire the success of the campaign based on data-drawn conclusions
  • Want to understand clients’ business and the KPIs
  • Conducting relationships with DSP partners

Key skills required:

  • BA/BSc in a business or science-related field preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of programmatic buying and optimisation levers
  • Comprehension of the DMP role, employing data targeting with campaigns, and tagging for performance/attribution measurement
  • A familiarity with Microsoft Excel (including expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and lookup tables)
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at one time and consequently work well with multiple internal teams
