This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a strong understanding of programmatic buying and wants to build a career with a highly renowned and respected agency. Our client has a wide range of exciting brands in their client portfolio and they continue to grow and deliver strong successful campaigns across the world! They invest heavily in their staff through exceptional training courses and fun staff activities including outstanding benefits. Due to their constant growth, they are now looking for a Programmatic Executive who will deliver strong programmatic campaigns for a variety of clients and objectives. The Programmatic Executive will ensure that the agency leverage programmatic media as a service and follow industry developments.      

Main responsibilities of the Programmatic Executive

  • Relationship management with external partners
  • Create and implement programmatic strategies according to the client brief and set KPIs
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance on a daily basis
  • Report analytics and detailed campaign information to the client services and sales teams
  • Share key knowledge of programmatic to other team members
  • Stay up to date on industry changes within programmatic including DSPs, SSPs etc.
  • Manage all programmatic channel tools

Required skills and attributes of the successful candidate

  • A BA or BSc in business or science related fields is not essential, but a great advantage
  • Excellent understanding of programmatic buying and optimisation levers
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of DMP, employ data targeting and tagging
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formula and lookup tables
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in working with numbers, as the Programmatic Executive will analyse raw data, identify opportunities and provide recommendations accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and have a natural drive to succeed, as the successful candidate will manage own workload and systems
  • Ability to manage client requirement and work across multiple internal teams
  • Strong communication skills enable to convey information across the agency and to key clients
