Product Manager - UK Remote Working - Up to £95,000 DOE - SaaS

The Candidate have teamed up with an ambitious SaaS company who are on a mission to change the legal industry through innovative solutions which improve how law firms interact with their stakeholders. They’re on the lookout for Product Managers from mid to senior levels to own the product leadership strategy and drive the product roadmap across a range of products. Our client are truly changing the experience for solicitors and customers alike. Did you know, it’s still common practise for solicitors to ask their clients to come into the office to verify their passport details? Archaic!

Our client are looking for product managers with a delivery focus approach to champion the impact of their products and form part of a cross-functional agile squad. Driving product development across the entire platform whilst working closely with design, product and engineering teams. Naturally, managing and owning the product roadmap prioritisation will be your bread and butter whilst also making data-driven decisions throughout, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Converting insights into key customer problems and strategy.
• Deeply understanding the legal-tech industry, customers, and competition.
• Bringing a focus on delivering value and outcomes to the Product team.
• Championing the impact your products are having among our customers and to the wider organisation
• Driving product development across the platform - collaborating with Design and Engineering, from inception to launch.
• Owning a prioritised product roadmap driven by market insights, customer feedback and alignment to business goals.
• Promoting visibility and transparency of your product initiatives to stakeholders and wider business.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience across Product Management (ideally 2+ years for mid-level candidates and 4+ years for seniors).
• Experience in a tech start / scale up environment is ideal but in no way essential.
• Capable of making commercially led product ownership decisions across the full product lifecycle.
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations through high growth phases.
• Knowledge of highly regulated industries where compliance runs central to products.
• An interest in revolutionising the legal industry.
• Cross functional experience working alongside software engineering teams.
