To support the huge period of international growth they’re having, they’re now looking to hire a team of Product Insight Analysts to join their well-established Analytics Department based in Manchester. The role of the Product Insight Analyst is to support in the delivery of the required reporting, analysis and insight needs of the wider business.

As a Product Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Product insight generation (identifying and collecting appropriate product related data such as category, sales, stock and margin performance).
  • Join up insights from across different sources to provide the business with a holistic understanding of the product performance.
  • Design and deliver periodic reporting highlighting trends and monitoring KPIs.
  • Be able to communicate analysis outputs to wider teams to help support delivery.
  • Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Bring passion about ecommerce, customer and digital experience.
  • Work alongside Buying, Merchandising and Trading teams to be able improve reporting and analysis.
  • Build systems/processes to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

About you:

  • Proven experience in an analytical/insight role.
  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Problem solving aptitude, attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
  • Strong system skills (particularly SQL, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in the proactive & timely production of weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Highly analytical, and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A flexible & resilient approach.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with strong commercial acumen.
  • Nice to have but not essential: Power BI experience or similar (e.g., Tableau / QlikSense/ Cognos etc).
