Product Analysis Executive

Product Analysis Executive - North West (1 day per month in office) - £35,000 – Financial Services

The Product Analysis Executive will be involved in the design and implementation of new products, systems and methods of customer engagement, all of which have the aim of driving efficiencies, improving business performance and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. 

Utilising your excellent relationship building skills you will be the workstream lead on projects, ensuring we deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and the wider business. You will proactively identify and address issues and implement improvements in collaboration with the wider business by undertaking: 

• Root cause analysis 
• Product performance analysis 
• Utilising insurer and internal market insight 
• Carrying out regular market and competitor research to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our products and proposition and identify potential opportunities for improvements and threats for our customers and distributors 

As part of the Product and Propositions team, you’ll be at the heart of driving the business on to even greater things as the business continues its proposition led approach to strategic forward- thinking insurance solutions. 

About you: 

• Experience working in a an analytical role (ideally within a customer-outcome driven environment (e.g. a Product, Marketing or Customer Experience team) 
• Previous experience in a Financial services business 
• Able to analyse datasets and deliver actionable insight back to the wider team 
• Confident with SQL and Excel 
• Ideally some previous experience undertaking market and competitor research 
• Organised with effective time management skills 
• Outgoing and able to easily build relationships
