PR & Social Manager – Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) – Up to £55,000  – Property

Our client design state-of-the-art locations for a wide-array of industries with sustainability and community at the forefront of their values. They’re highly-regarded in their field and have a full internal marketing function this newly created role would join.

We are seeking an experienced PR candidate to devise an effective PR & Social Strategy, with the support of necessary 3^rd partners and wider Marketing team for delivery.  This is a new role within the business targeted with ‘beating the drum’ for the brand publicly, a real unique opportunity for any individual looking to offer real input and impact change.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of PR & Social Media channels
• Responsible for the creation and execution of channel strategy with support of agencies, consultants & wider marketing team
• Align PR & Social channels with wider brand guidelines and commercial objectives
• Identify and oversee proactive PR activity
• Work closely with regional teams to proactively deliver localised PR initiatives
• Leverage press and media relationships to secure favourable exposure in relevant news outlets
• Oversee execution of Social strategy with support of Marketing Executives 
• Report on channel performance to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a PR related role with relevant contacts and relationships
• Proven experience devising effective strategy and overseeing execution
• Experience growing Social presence highly desirable but not essential
• Comfortable aligning channels with wider activity and brand guidelines
• A team-player and excellent communicator
• Experience managing agency relationships is preferred
