PPC Specialist – Education – up to £40K – Greater Manchester – Flexible working

As PPC Specialist, you will manage and develop PPC campaigns for multiple brands, making sure they meet performance and revenue targets. This will help to play a key role in supporting the transition from agency managed to in-house managed PPC campaigns. Successful candidates will be well-versed in DDA and be highly analytical.

PPC Specialist Responsibilities

  • Manage PPC campaigns (shopping, search, and display) - monitoring spend and performance to ensure it’s in line with ROAS expectations.
  • Undertake required analysis and A/B testing to identify relevant keywords to optimise campaigns.
  • Competent in data analysis and using Excel inc. pivot tables, sum ifs, VLOOKUP’s
  • Highly numerical and results orientated with a focus on WoW, MoM, and YoY improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Data Studio and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making.
  • Launch new brands on Google and Bing
  • Transition existing paid search accounts from agency to in-house.
  • Work with internal teams to create copy and other creative content.
  • Keep up to date with new technologies and the latest approaches to digital acquisition.
  • Play a key role in supporting the transition from agency managed to in-house managed PPC campaigns.

PPC Specialist Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience of managing PPC accounts (shopping, search, and display), bid management, campaign creation and performance analysis on Google and Microsoft networks.
  • Google AdWords certified.
  • Maths or business studies degree preferred.
  • Highly numerical and analytical.
  • Experienced using DDA models.
  • Experienced using Google and Bing ad platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the wider team.
