Situated in Manchester, the agency’s office is easily accessible from Manchester City Centre and other surrounding areas. Our client is a fast-growing, innovative digital agency with a strong team of digital experts. They pride themselves on putting their clients at the heart of everything that they do and as they continue to gain new business and develop a strong reputation, they are now looking to hire an ambitious PPC Manager to help develop their organic department.

The PPC Manager will be a senior member of the digital team and will be responsible for planning and devising the technical PPC strategy for both external clients as well as the internal team. This is a wonderful opportunity where the successful candidate will have the chance to grow and optimise the PPC team by implementing their own processes for all clients.  Our client is looking for a Google certified PPC Manager who can demonstrate the ability to implement successful PPC campaigns for a variety of clients whilst managing a team. An individual with excellent leadership and budget management skills will thrive within this role.

The Main Responsibilities of the PPC Manager:

  • Planning and implementing cutting-edge PPC campaigns for a selection of new clients.
  • Take charge of the paid search department and deal with any issues that may arise.
  • Drive client ROI and campaign performance by adapting existing processes and including new processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of PPC Executives in order to ensure that the quality of output is high.
  • Offer support to the Project Management team whilst working closely with the web development and CRO teams in regards to all landing pages.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest PPC practices and implement them accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate all PPC solutions to key stakeholders.

The Key Skills and Attributes of the PPC Manager:

  • Previous experience working in a similar PPC role as well as being Google AdWords certified.
  • A proven track record of managing a team of PPC Executives.
  • Experienced using platforms such as Linkedin and Bing.
  • Capable of using Google Analytics whilst conducting Keyword research.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent leadership, budget management and time management skills.
  • An analytical individual with a strong commercial acumen and a proactive attitude!
