We are delighted to be partnering with The Rift Group in the search for their next Performance Marketing Manager. This business is certainly a force to be reckoned with within the finance industry! They have built their empire by offering millions of customers first-class, transparent, and competitive financial services.

With exciting expansion plans with tons of new products in the pipeline to take to market. The Rift Group continue to expand and develop, they are now searching for a hardworking and innovative Performance Marketing Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis. You will manage a number of channels, looking to refine processes to ensure the innovation and improvement of performance.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Manager:

  • Lead the performance of assigned marketing channels and support the wider team on other channels.
  • Constantly monitor and progress the performance of all marketing channels through consistent reporting, regular review and enhancing the data available.
  • Create in-depth quarterly plans for channels to support wider promotional activity.
  • Responsible for the strategies of each channel including customer journey mapping, messaging and creative.
  • Analysis and reporting both during and post campaign.
  • Working closely with SEO, CRM and wider digital teams to bring together a holistic strategy
  • Support conversion rate optimisation activity.
  • Support the development of junior members of the team.
  • Undertake competitor analysis reports.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience with full-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Agency experience is advantageous.
  • Experience across all performance marketing channels with a focus on PPC, Paid Social and Display is essential
  • Ability to build visual reports using Google Data Studio is beneficial.
