Based in either London or Leeds, this role offers flexi-working, with 2 days work from home, making this a great opportunity for those who like flexibility. Day to day responsibilities will include optimising digital channels to adhere to overall marketing strategy, undergoing regular testing, and ensuring effectiveness of communications as well as channel growth.

Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage PPC and affiliate (Performance media) activity across all channels, from devising strategies, implementing initiatives, monitoring and reporting, and optimising to meet key goals
  • Identify opportunities and risks for each channel and communicate these to various stakeholders at regular meetings
  • Use big management technology to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
  • Establish strong working relationships with external media partners
  • Ensure strategy is integrated and cohesive, even beyond PPC activity and into general digital objectives
  • Identify opportunities for brand growth
  • Ensure both yourself the team are up to date with the latest techniques and technology, undergoing regular training (act as a digital mentor!)

Performance Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience of being in a digital role and possess a strong digital knowledge
  • Previous experience of implementing digital strategies including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display, Native, and Affiliate
  • Ability to analyse data and identify new opportunities (able to use competitor monitoring and business intelligence tools)
  • Previous management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve KPIs
  • Passionate about digital innovation, including big management technology
  • Strong organisational skills to keep tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate to all levels within an organisation
  • Excellent presentation skills and highly articulate to present key ideas
  • Be a proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
