The Market in which they operate within (FMCG/Health/Wellness) has seen significant growth over the past year and is projected to soar in the coming 1/2 years. As a result, this role represents a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work for a Brand that is at a very exciting stage of it’s lifecycle.

We are looking for a candidate with ideally 2+ years’ experience in a performance marketing role, an individual who would seize the opportunity to work for such an exciting brand like this and jumpstart their marketing career as the brand builds its presence.

In the role, working as part of an agile Marketing team, you will devise and executive multi-channel performance marketing campaigns both on a national and global scale.

  • This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the FMCGs digital performance marketing activity. The successful candidate will become an invaluable member of the newly formed marketing team, focused on reaching new customers, increasing quality traffic, and driving conversions on the website.
  • This role will work across the existing UK e-comm business, as well as the US, and ROW e-comm stores due to launch in the coming months.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience running performance digital media campaigns, in a client side or media agency environment
  • Must have experience in SEO – direct or working with agencies
  • Experience buying programmatic display highly desirable
  • Advantageous to have experience in GAM, Facebook Ad Manager, Amazon & eBay Ad Platforms, Twitch and Affiliate networks


  • Ideally 1 years exp. in a Marketing role (Brand focused, or FMCG/Retail)
  • from FMCG/Fashion (or similar) brand highly desirable
  • Excellent communicator, ability to work at pace to deadlines
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects
  • A team-player, someone who understands the nature of the business and is comfortable getting involved in multiple tasks where no day will be the same.
