We’re looking for a Partnerships Executive to join a rapidly growing business based in Greater Manchester. This role would sit on the Retail team and be responsible for account managing a number of popular retail accounts with the business, some of which include the likes of Apple, M&S, JD, Boohoo, Clarkes, Argos & Sainsburys and more!

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for both managing and developing partnerships with key accounts in the retail sector, working closely with the Marketing team as well as the Commercial team.

This role is a 12-month maternity cover position, however, there is a likelihood of contract extension due to the recent success of the business.

Main responsibilities for the Partnership Executive

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of Partnerships with key brands in the Retail sector of the business
  • Identifying relevant partnerships to allow the brand to prosper and grow.
  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships and wider marketing team to manage affiliate marketing accounts
  • Build excellent relationships with key affiliates within the UK
  • Analyse and report on affiliate & partnerships performance
  • Participate in all commercial activities that enhance the growth of UK market share 

Required skills and experience of the Partnership Executive: 

  • Minimum 6+ months experience in either an Account Management / Partnerships / Affiliates or Commercial focused role is essential
  • Previous Marketing experience or a strong understanding of performance marketing highly desirable
  • Previous experience of Affiliate Marketing and/or experience using Affiliate networks such as AWIN, Tradedoubler, Commission Junction extremely desirable
  • Excellent communicator, confident acting as the face of the business with clients
  • Comfortable developing strong and prosperous relationships with clients
  • Outstanding analytical skills and ability to evaluate performance of all marketing activities to make suggestions for improvements
  • Strong commercial mindset

The business is currently working remotely with a view to returning to the office 1-2 days when appropriate. The role also includes flexible-working hours.
