Marketing Manager – Partnerships - UK Wide (London, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Rugby) – Up to £55k + 20% bonus – Insurance

The Partnerships Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the development and execution of the channel marketing plan. Which will include collaboration with the wider marketing team and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the channel marketing plan for the Partnerships sector.
  • Ensure consensus, understanding, and attainment of key marketing objectives within the Partnerships sector.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Services to oversee day-to-day activities of the Marketing Services team.
  • Undertake the role of marketing business partner for the Partnerships channel, participating in key leadership meetings, acquiring technical product knowledge, and offering consultative advice to contribute to the channel's success.
  • Ensure timely implementation of the channel marketing plan within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Marketing, demonstrating a strong grasp of multi-channel marketing activities.
  • Capability to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives and comprehend diverse buyer journeys.
  • Highly desirable to have experience in constructing campaigns across key sectors, emphasizing sector-focused expertise.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in extensive stakeholder management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • B2B experience is essential, particularly in schemes marketing managers/partnerships managers.
