Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Partnership Marketing Executive will be working with a talented marketing team in order to plan and execute successful multi-channel campaigns which will optimise customer acquisition and retention. The company are looking for an individual with account management or brand management experience as well as a proven track-record of working within a retail environment.

The Main Responsibilities of the Partnership Marketing Executive:

  • Assist the management team in the execution of cutting-edge multi-channel marketing campaigns which seek to drive acquisition and retention
  • Produce regular reports which highlight the performance of each campaign and showcase finding to senior-level teams
  • Drive the business forward by building and maintaining strong work relationships with key industry contacts
  • Generate detailed business plans by liaising closely with key contacts in order to negotiate the best in market opportunities for customers
  • Drive growth and customer retention by identifying new opportunities across the business
  • Assist in the implementation of the overall business’ marketing strategy by ensuring a sound understanding of the goals, strategies and communication platforms
  • Build and implement stand-out campaigns by utilising a variety of owned, earned and bought media
  • Ensure that all work produced in GDPR compliant

 

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Proven experience working in similar or account management role, ideally within a retail environment
  • A strong commercial acumen with excellent strategic thinking and fantastic problem-solving skills
  • Experience in B2B brand development would be beneficial
  • Previous experience using CMSs and Google Analytics
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, leadership and time management skills
  • Confident building strong work relationships with key contacts combined with a strong creative flair
