Join this Manchester based tech business as their Partnerships Manager and take the driving seat of the future success of the business! You will be part of a dynamic team with a friendly working culture!

With over a decade of experience, our client is a well-established tech brand with the vision of delivering exceptional service to its customers. Culture is important, giving employees the autonomy to make their own decisions and ensuring a fun and friendly office atmosphere!

You will report to the Head of Partnerships and be responsible for developing an efficient and effective partnerships strategy in order to encourage the continued growth of the business. Through nurturing existing client relationships and acquiring new affiliate partnerships into the business, you will be in charge of driving the business forward!

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Partnerships Manager:

  • Work closely alongside Head of Partnerships to manage and develop strategic partnerships within the sector
  • Take full ownership of several existing partners
  • Develop innovative ideas to develop the channel
  • Analyse campaign activity and troubleshoot any issues detected
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and build brand presence
  • Build strong internal relationships with sales, product and tech teams
  • Assess all aspects of the customer journey in order to improve conversion rates
  • Support the team across all ongoing projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role – managing and building partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Experienced in a target driven environment
  • Strong team player
  • Practiced in a customer-centric role
  • Sales focused and goal orientated
  • Positive and enthusiastic with an organised approach to work
