Paid Social Specialist – Manchester Area / Flexi Remote working - £25,000-£30,000 – Agency 

As a Paid Social Specialist at our clients marketing agency, you'll be part of a fantastic team working together to create awesome paid social media campaigns for our clients. This role is all about building your skills, and they’re here to support you every step of the way. Here's what you'll be doing.

Responsibilities:

• Roll up your sleeves & get hands-on with Paid Social campaigns for a variety of clients.
• Team up with your colleagues to manage client accounts & collaborate on exciting long-term projects.
• Keep the quality bar high by ensuring our campaigns are top-notch.
• analyse campaign performance and shares those insights.
• Propose & implement improvements to make our campaigns even better.
• Stay in the know about the latest industry trends & share your newfound knowledge with your team.
• Be ace at communication, keeping everyone in the loop about project progress, timelines, and results.
• Hone your skills to become a client-facing superstar.
• Help us make our services even more amazing by identifying areas where we can level up.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Got up to 2 years of experience in Paid Social? Perfect!
• We want someone who's always hungry for improvement, is naturally curious, and has a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
• Learning by doing is your jam, and you're open to soaking up knowledge
• Problem-solving is your superpower.
• Numbers and data? You're buddies with them
• Agency Experience
• Prior experience in Meta Ads – Facebook and Instagram, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads
