Paid Social Manager / Director - Manchester - Agency - DOE

Exciting opportunity alert! Don’t miss your chance to work as a Paid Social Manager/Director for this international company working alongside some household brand names.

Our client is looking for a Paid Social Manager/Director to join their team based in Manchester and support the delivery of PPC and Social campaigns for clients. With this role you will work closely with performance teams within agencies developing strong working relationships. Most importantly this is a fluid and everchanging role working alongside many different external agencies and clients therefore flexibility to change is key to succeed in this.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of a Paid Social Manager/Director:

  • Act as the strategic lead for activities owning senior internal and external relationships
  • Recommend and implement technology and data solutions to enable best in class activation within the field
  • Contribute towards new business activities, inputting content and presenting when required
  • Ensure campaigns are analyzed on a daily basis to ensure maximum optimization toward client KPIs and business objectives
  • Maintain close working relationships with senior media owners ensuring the company is at the front of ongoing trends within the industry
  • Manage and mentor junior members of staff
  • Coordinate team learning and development activities

The Ideal Candidate of a Paid Social Manager/Director:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working across PPC and Social Campaigns in an agency environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to present to a variety of stakeholders at all levels
  • Has proven leadership experience in managing, mentoring and motivating a team
  • Has previous experience of on-site analytics including Google and Adobe
  • Proficient usage of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has a strong problem solving ability with the ability to find proactive solutions
