Paid Social Manager - Manchester City Centre (Hybrid / Remote) - Up to £40,000 - Agency

Our client is an award-winning Ecommerce agency based in the heart of Manchester city centre. They are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join their growing business!

The Paid Social Manager would own the paid social offering by creating strategies for their clients based on product offering and necessities – Facebook and Instagram mainly but also with the ability to work on channels such as TikTok and Pinterest. Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing paid social activity, from executing campaigns to researching audiences and improving bidding strategies.
  • Writing excellent ad copy for evergreen and ad hoc or promotional campaigns
  • Managing and analysing clients campaign performance and offering insightful improvements
  • Creating reports on paid social campaigns and provide solutions to clients
  • Maintain and create strong relationships with your client base
  • Communicate and work effectively with the internal team
  • Develop the agencies paid social service by nurturing leads
  • Assist on client pitches

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven paid social experience
  • Keen interest and in-depth knowledge of paid social platforms, especially Facebook Business Manager but others are desirable
  • A key understanding on how to fulfil client campaign needs and audience segmentation
  • Confident with producing ad copy and innovative ideas to test
  • Client side or agency Ecommerce experience and an understanding on how key dates and seasonality affects performance
  • Ability to work across various brands and on client facing roles
  • Skilled in prioritising tasks
