The role of Paid Social Media Manager has many exciting responsibilities with a particular focus on paid social network advertising and content management on Facebook. You will report to the Social Team Manager, as well as working alongside clients and colleagues in order to manage and optimise campaigns. This results in the Paid Social Media Manager being responsible for the activation, optimisation and performance analysis for allocated accounts and campaigns. Key Responsibilities of the Paid Social Media Manager:

  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns
  • Report back to clients and colleagues in a timely manner
  • Maintain performance targets for allocated accounts
  • Frequently check client credit and budgets
  • Liaise with media owners to resolve issues
  • Attend client and internal meetings
  • Consider innovative ways to boost campaign performance
  • Create post-campaign analysis for account managers & directors

Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced within a paid social or paid search position
  • Preferred experience within an agency
  • Commercial focused
  • Strong passion for social media and digital advertising
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent working attitude and used to working within a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and actuating paid campaigns across social media channels that include Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding flexibility skills in order to work on multiple accounts
