Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Manchester, with easier transport links from surrounding areas. Over the years, they have accumulated an impressive reputation within the industry and as they continue to bring in new clients, they are now on the hunt for a hard-working, driven Paid Social Executive to join their team of experts.

The Paid Social Executive will be working alongside the Paid Social Manager to generate innovative paid social campaigns for a range of key clients. They will also be producing engaging content which can be used across a variety of different mediums. The successful candidate will have valuable experience in the usage and management of the popular social platforms and a proven track record of the high results to match.

The Key Responsibilities of a Paid Social Executive:

  • Offering support to the Paid Social Manager on all paid social campaigns, from start to finish, showing your true passion for social media.
  • Help create content that gets your target audience talking and monitor this increase in reach
  • Be able to create and support new accounts as well as existing social media accounts
  • Daily management of the existing campaigns, using the relevant tools for analytics
  • Optimise the campaigns to appropriately increase audience reach across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn  

The Key skills and attributes required:

  • Excellent awareness of the culture around them and how to make it grow with suitable engagement strategies
  • Gains results from exceptional social media campaigns
  • Comfortable with social media measurement tools with the ability to create reports from the results
  • A high numerical capability with knowledge of ad spend and bid optimization
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • The confidence to produce and give pitches and presentations
  • Handle the pressure and resources to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Work well in a team and with the ability to act in a leadership role if required – all with a laugh
  • Any experience of working with or managing other forms of paid channels i.e. Google AdWords would be advantageous,  but not essential
  • Eager to provide the right exposure for the clients
