They put their clients at the forefront of everything they do, and are looking for a talented and dedicated Paid Social Account Director to lead a huge, impressive account.

As the Paid Social Account Director, you will have expertise in all elements of paid social strategy, planning, activation and performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and will be constantly striving to develop the business’ paid social offering, aligning the strategy with the content and influencer teams. 

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Paid Social Business Director:

  • Delivering paid social though-leadership for all clients.
  • Ensure paid social strategy remains top class in the market by constantly striving to stay ahead of competitors by innovating on channels, formats, performance, data and analytics.
  • Develop, maintain and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the content team delivers integrated paid social campaigns to clients.
  • Manage teams to ensure client objectives are achieved to budget and deadline.
  • Work with investment team to ensure commercial deals with partners are robust and valuable.
  • Constantly seeking new business opportunities for the Manchester office.
  • Ensure paid and non-paid social submissions align and clearly demonstrate the value of integrated social.
  • Develop top quality paid social case studies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive experience in digital advertising and social media in a client-facing environment.
  • Multi-channel digital experience. 
  • Proven success of growing current client spends as well as finding new business.
  • Excellent managerial and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Passionate about social media, social platforms, API’s and related ad products.
  • Excellent numerical skills and highly analytical.
