Our client is situated in the heart of Manchester, where the successful candidate can take advantage of the many restaurants, pubs and bars which are on the office’s doorstep! This brand has won a number of prestigious awards and now they are looking to hire a Paid Search (PPC) Manager who will help contribute to the growth! They are looking for a creative individual with an excellent PPC background who is looking to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and come up with creative ideas.

The PPC Manager will join our client’s highly talented and dedicated Marketing team who is making sure that our client stands out from the crowd. The successful candidate will be an essential part of the Marketing team and drive the PPC activities across the business and support achieving the set KPIs for the team. This includes daily management of the PPC campaigns and utilise Google Analytics and Coremetrics to monitor the performance to ensure all processes and campaigns are optimised.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Day to day PPC operations of several accounts and websites
  • Support PPC campaigns and strategies as well as the team!
  • Refine the paid media strategy to ensure it is off exceptional quality and class
  • Input new ideas to improve the performance of the company’s online traffic and engagement levels, conversation rate for PPC
  • Oversee and enforce the budgeting process
  • Train and lead the team in-house to maintain high performance standards
  • Work alongside company partners in Google, Facebook and other service providers to keep ahead of the market and setting the trends
  • Implement testing strategy 

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have at least 4 years experience in PPC marketing (campaign management and performance analysis) or Paid Media/ Paid Social
  • Experience using Google AdWords, Google Analytics and search engine optimisation tools
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on analysing data
  • Digitally-focused and data-driven
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities
