As they continue to expand at a rapid rate, they are now looking to hire an analytical and highly experienced Paid Search Analyst to join their dynamic team of digital experts. The Paid Search Analyst will be responsible for managing all the Paid Search activities for a variety of different clients, ensuring that all client expectations are exceeded. The successful candidate will also be accountable for working closely with the team in order to make sure that all targets are achieved. This is a wonderful role where the Paid Search Analyst will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior team members.

The Key Responsibilities of the Paid Search Analyst:

  • Challenge all briefs and ensure that all campaigns are delivered within the agreed time frame as well as meet the client expectations.
  • Conduct daily paid search activities and optimisation in order to grow client accounts.
  • Oversee and manage all junior team members whilst ensuring that all work produced is of the highest standard.
  • Generate detailed reports which analyse each campaign performance and ensure that all data is accurate.
  • Use appropriate software, tools and techniques to deeply understand trends and take the lead on all paid search contributions.
  • Work closely with the Senior Paid Search Analyst to develop project plans and paid search strategies.
  • Ensure that all budgets are adhered to and regularly review all account processes to improve efficiency.
  • Build a strong relationship with third parties and internal teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a similar Paid Search role
  • Expert knowledge of PPC, from both a strategic and an implementation process
  • Excellent understanding of relevant paid search tools and best practices
  • Eager to continuously learn from the industry
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural born leader with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
  • First-class Microsoft Excel skills
