Paid Media Manager - Altrincham (Friday WFH) - £35,000 - £40,000 DOE - Finance

We have just been exclusively briefed by a great organisation who are within the funding and finance sector. Improve Easy focus on providing eco funding and finance to households to make efficiency gains and reduce their household carbon emissions. This market is booming and will only increase with people becoming more eco-conscious! The main reason for this role is to create digestible content for the customer and change industry jargon into marketing copy.

The company is expanding quickly due to growth, with just under 30 people now employed.

Based in Altrincham centre - 3 minutes walk from the train station. The office is glorious, and you will be surrounded by a supportive and mentoring team who want to encourage people to be the best!

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3 years experience within Paid Media, looking for a step up and have more responsibilities.

Your day to day responsibilities will be varied but focusing mainly on;

  • Creating, monitoring and optimising all paid digital marketing activity (including search engine PPC ads, Facebook ads, Display ads)
  • Setting the strategy and producing a paid marketing plan with milestones and expected results
  • Launching new lead generation activities
  • Innovating with new digital marketing channels and techniques
  • Reporting and monitoring campaign success rates
  • Developing and testing new website propositions and functionality - alongside our Designer and Copywriter
  • Analysing website performance and targeting areas of improvement
  • Planning, producing and delivering email marketing strategies and touchpoints

The right person will have;

  • At least 2-3 years success in full time digital paid marketing role
  • Highly experienced and confident in the following:
  • Maximising the ROI from all lead generation activities
  • Google AdWords including the creation of significant account structures, targeting, ads and bid management / ROI optimisation routines
  • Managing Facebook Ad-Manager
  • Analysing website performance - Google analytics
  • Highlighting areas where customer's online experiences can be improved
  • Performance reporting
  • Tracking and attributing traffic from different sources
  • Integrating Paid marketing campaigns with existing websites and work-streams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good working knowledge of user experience (UX) / website propositions

Salary is circa £35-40k DOE

The company offer flexible start and finish times - agreed with manager to ensure that you can fit your life in with your work!

30 days holiday including bank hols - increasing to 33 days!
