The company’s state-of-the-art office, situated in Manchester is surrounded by tons of trendy bars and lots of fab shops and the perfect backdrop for an office party! Our client is a multi-award winning fashion empire which is rapidly growing and needs a Paid Media Manager to take charge of the busy department and multi-task effectively in the deadline-driven atmosphere. The candidate should have a passion for paid media and digital marketing and will be an individual who can clearly articulate thoughts and points to their team effectively.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, the Paid Media Manager will be leading the teams on their Paid Social and Display channels. The Paid Media Manager will be accountable for maximising the ROI which the business generates from their digital channels whilst also identifying new profitable opportunities. The successful candidate will also be required to manage the Paid Media Assistant on the daily tasks including reporting and campaign execution.

The Key Responsibilities of the Paid Media Manager:

  • Generate regular reports which highlight the performance of each campaign across all paid social and display channels
  • Produce appropriate campaign imagery and content by working closely with the trading team
  • Plan and execute all paid social campaigns across a number of key markets in order to drive volume and channel efficiencies
  • Ensure that the paid media budget is adhered to and will allow for all work produced to achieve the set KPIs
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the of the latest industry trends and changes and implement accordingly
  • Liaise closely with third party agencies and other departments in order to ensure the consistency of work, across the board
  • Use appropriate analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Smartly and Facebook to suggest optimisation recommendations

  • Possess an expert knowledge of Paid Media
