Paid Media Lead- Bury (Hybrid Working) - Up to £55,000

This is a great opportunity to join a leading sports fashion brand that inspires its staff to reach higher levels of performance and offers training and a very competitive benefits package to all team members.

As the Paid Media Lead for our client's Sports Fashion Brand, you will spearhead the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns to elevate their brand presence, engage their target audience, and drive sales. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to maximise the impact of their paid media efforts. If you are passionate about sports, fashion, and have a proven track record in paid media management, our client invites you to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities of the Paid Media Lead

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding & showcase a practical ability to work with Paid Search.
  • Manage, own, and constantly find ways of improving the workflow of your team.
  • Responsible for the quality of all work output from your team. Regularly review team processes (reports, presentations, tools etc.) for efficiency.
  • Complete internal audits across your accounts & continually evolve.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Implementation including set-up, management, analytics, tracking, and reporting of Paid Search accounts.
  • Accurately forecast potential delivery for your accounts.
  • Help develop the Paid Media department by being innovative and sharing knowledge and processes.
  • Develop a close working relationship with external suppliers such as Google, Facebook, Apple, Twitter etc.

Requirements

  • Ability to pre-empt issues and be pro-active in producing solutions.
  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a performance driven environment.
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Effective in team management (team of 4-6 people).
  • Highly literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, Google Docs.
