Paid Media Lead – *Fully Remote* – Up to 65k (DOE) – Emerging Ecommerce/Fashion Marketplace

Our client (a rapidly growing Ecommerce marketplace) partner with numerous designer clothing brands to a solve well-known pain-point for the industry.

As the new Paid Media Lead, you will take ownership of the brands paid advertising channels across Paid Search, Shopping, Display & Paid Social, leading on day-to-day activity and supporting on strategy with the Head of Growth. You will join a growing and entrepreneurial digital team, have a £6-figure spend at your disposal with room for the role to progress into a more senior position as the brand continues to evolve.

Responsibility:

  • Take control of all Paid Search, Paid Social and Google Shopping campaigns, responsible for the delivery of GMV and other channel metrics
  • Ownership of each channels hygiene and growth workstreams to ensure best in class programs are implemented
  • Feeding into the Paid Media strategy for the Head of Growth, with key insights needed to grow the business
  • Full budget management and pacing, ensuring targets are hit within agreed cost budgets
  • Producing highly detailed reports and insights, providing/presenting back to the wider organisation where required
  • Regular forecasting back to the business, feeding into key 
  • Working closely with trade and other departments to ensure operational direction is executed within channel 
  • Analyse key trends to make data-driven decisions

You:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ working within Paid Media, particularly PPC (Shopping & Search)
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with big budgets
  • Retail background (either brand or agency side) required
  • Google Adwords certified and experienced across search, shopping and display advertising
  • Experience buying Facebook/Instagram adverts
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
