National Sales Account Manager - Manchester (Office 4 days per week/1 day flexible) - £50,000 + Bonus

A leading retail wellness brand based in Manchester City Centre is seeking a National Sales Account Manager to play a pivotal role in their ambitious growth plans. With a strong presence in the wellness industry with esteemed partnerships with major high street retailers, this company is committed to the exponential growth in the coming year. The company, known for its dedication to health and wellness, has been pioneering the industry with a focus on several prominent high street stores and pharmacy wholesale. They are looking for an experienced and passionate National Sales Account Manager to help bring this vision to life.

Roles and Responsibilities of the National Sales Account Manager

  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, with a primary focus on high street retailers and pharmacy wholesale accounts
  • Foster new client relationships, to expand the company's presence in the health and beauty sector
  • Collaborate closely with the healthcare regional manager to oversee and enhance the pharmacy channel
  • Identify opportunities for business development within the OTC health and beauty sector and promote the company's products and services.
  • Engage in strategic business development activities, particularly with grocery wholesale clients, to ensure continuous growth.

Location and Work Schedule

  • The role is based in Manchester, with a central office location.
  • The standard work schedule includes 4 days per week in the office framework, with one day of remote work flexibility.
  • The position requires frequent travel within the region to meet with clients and partners

Compensation Package:

  •  A competitive salary of £50,000
  • An attractive 20% performance-based bonus
  • Enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in the healthcare, health and beauty, or pharmacy wholesale industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing national accounts and driving growth within the sector.
  • A strong network of existing relationships with key clients
  • The ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for contributing to the company's goal of doubling in size.
