An international sports and fitness brand who have been trading for over 40 years. Originally founded by sports professionals, they now have 8 offices around the world, from the Middle East to North America, with global headquarters based in the UK. They are market leaders in their area of specialism so this is a massive opportunity from a career perspective.

They are looking for an experience Marketing Manager who will work alongside their key departments, stakeholders and partners to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to support the annual and long term corporate vision and objectives of the brand. A key hire for the group, this role has the scope to be career defining, with tons to go after to really make your mark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and effective execution of all multi-channel marketing activities
  • Lead in the creation of an annual marketing calendar
  • Management of relationships with key partners, stakeholders and worldwide subsidiaries
  • Management of annual marketing budget
  • Interaction with internal teams to communicate strategies and objectives.
  • Support business development and sales
  • Management of partnership marketing and promotional activities and events
  • Management and implementation of social media strategy
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

About you:

  • A proven track record of B2B marketing within the sports or fitness sector
  • Experience in running multi-channel marketing campaigns including planning, development and delivery.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing multiple projects and key accounts and working alongside external agencies.
