Calling all Multi-Channel Leads! Are you seeking a new challenge within the retail sector with a big-name brand?

This company is a leading retailer who has experienced a phenomenal amount of success since first opening its doors.  As they look to the future, they have great plans in place to help expand the company into new markets. Our client is now searching for an experienced, diligent Multi-Channel Lead to join their team! The ideal candidate will be target driven and constantly strive to innovate the multi-channel strategy and identify new commercial opportunities.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Multi-Channel Lead:

  • Take charge of the full-scale multi-channel strategy – regularly reviewing, evaluating and benchmarking to deliver the sales and profit plan for the business.
  • Maintaining the company website including search, navigation, photography, copy, online merchandising, mobile and kiosks elements.
  • Enhancing and updating elements of the website – pitching any innovations required to the senior management team.
  • Implementing top quality multi-channel acquisition techniques to make the business as profitable as possible.
  • Developing the acquisition model considering cost acquisition in the context of contribution per order and the expected life time value of the customer.
  • Introducing segmented customer life cycle marketing, life-time value modelling and appropriate reactivation campaigns including abandoned cart emails and similar.
  • Manage and develop the multi-channel team to ensure they are well-equipped and satisfied in their role.
  • Collaborate with analytics and insight teams to maximise onsite conversion.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advocate of the consumer.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly analytical.
  • In-depth experience using acquisition techniques.
  • A strong leader and excellent mentor.
  • Highly interpersonal with excellent communication skills.
