Building on their acquisition strategy the Marketing Engagement Manager will test, refine and roll out individually driven creative strategies to retain, incentivise and reactivate dormant customers.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

  • An analytical mind
  • Solid skills in maths, data analysis and problem solving
  • An inquisitive nature and the drive and ambition for improvement.
  • Be hands on and flexible and possess a “can do” attitude.

Using your creativity and approach, you’ll turn these standard job elements into successful strategies that will help shape the business:

  • Analyse member activity and journeys to identify engagement
  • Identify and own initiatives to improve customer journeys.
  • Plan and develop campaigns
  • Actively engage with and nurturing the member base to achieve increased customer lifetime value

Flexibility in working from home will likely be a long term benefit although a few days in the office per week will become important again in the medium term.

Salary is competitive, with 25 days holiday, and bank holidays and ability to add more holidays after time with the company.
