Situated a stone’s throw away from Manchester City Centre, our client has a modern state-of-the-art office which will offer the successful candidate, the perfect backdrop to develop their media skills. Our client is currently experiencing a huge period of growth and as they continue to gain new business and a build up their incredible clientele, they are now on the hunt for a driven, enthusiastic Media Executive to join their team of experts. The Media Executive will be responsible for liaising between clients and creative agencies as well as researching new media opportunities. The successful candidate will also be accountable for implementing media bookings and producing detailed reports on all paid social activities. The Key Responsibilities of the Media Executive:

  • Assist with the implementation of the paid social strategy and campaigns and report performance to other team members and key stakeholders
  • Ensure the best ROI across paid social by researching performance targets for allocated accounts
  • When required, work closely with media owners to troubleshoot any problems which arise
  • Constantly aim to optimise all paid social campaigns through adjusting bid levels and re-targeting
  • Ensure that all account budgets are adhered to
  • Assist the account management team with the buying, planning and reporting functions of their media campaigns

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience of planning and activating paid campaigns across Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook
  • A strong understanding of social media and similar digital advertising tools and techniques
  • Competent knowledge of bid management tools, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing high-quality work
  • A strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to work under pressure
