We are representing an Award-winning business in the healthcare sector looking for an ambitious Digital marketer who wants to step up into a Management role, my client is one the most trusted well-being advisors in the country and their company values are why they are at the top of their sector. You will lead the global efforts, collaborate with the wider teams, and pave the way for the company to grow even more.

Our client is looking for someone who is analytical and passionate about marketing technology and is an automation expert who can develop and manage a top-notch strategy for email automation across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you'll focus on generating leads and increasing revenue while ensuring a strong return on investment. You’ll work closely with their team of skilled digital growth marketers, becoming the go-to person for all things automation. To succeed, you’ll need expert knowledge in your field, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


  • Support the marketing team with strategic ideas and planning, by executing Marketo campaigns and automation.
  • Take control and optimise the customer's journey and understand their trigger points.
  • Monitor the overall Marketo performance and health.
  • Support on building the automation to be able to improve the leads coming in and the management of them.
  • Work with the sales and partnership department to ensure the relevant content is going the target audience which aligns with the company’s ethos.
  • Managed weekly and monthly reporting and offer recommendations of your results and prioritise and implement plans moving forward.


  • Skilled working with Marketo.
  • Strong ability to create strategy and think outside the box.
  • Experience with lead scoring, last touch, and multi touch attribute to improve pipeline and engagement.
  • Experience implementing integrations and automation between CRM systems and other platforms.
  • A solid understanding of lead generation.
  • Previously worked with SQL, Velocity, and dynamic content for webhooks.
