We are looking for ambitious, smart and motivated individuals to join our award-winning agency situated in Manchester City Centre. We’ll give you all the support and training you need to excel in your role and become a professional, well respected and go-to recruitment consultant.

The Candidate is genuinely different to any other recruitment agency, most of our consultants are from a marketing or digital background and they feel at home in our newly renovated offices. We specialise in digital, marketing, technology, creative and analytics recruitment and were formed due to a strong demand from clients and candidates for a more superior level of service and consultative approach. Many of our clients use us exclusively due to the award winning level of service we provide.

With a strong focus on individually tailored training, we’ve been successful is shaping the numerous MARA “Recruitment Professional of The Year” right here in our Manchester offices and you could be next. The potential to develop your career and earning potential is significant.

Essential experience and attributes

Two year’s experience in sales or business development (recruitment experience not necessary) Media sales desirable.

Events organisers, project managers and customer facing applicants considered.

Excellent communication skills

A passion to learn about all things digital marketing

Motivated & goal driven

Ambitious and driven to deliver results

Desirable experience and attributes

Sales and ‘people’ experience

Energetic and confident

A knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce

A degree level 2:2 and above

Structured and organised

Great sense of humour, team player, sociable and a nice person!
