Marketing Project Manager – Up to 50k + 5k Car allowance – Property – Sheffield (Hybrid working included)

Our client are a well-established property group operating throughout the UKs major cities. Their projects are purpose-driven and community lead with some exciting growth plans in the pipeline.

Working across the flagship brand in addition to two emerging arms of the group, this candidate will act as Brand champion and oversee the execution of strategic multi-channel campaigns with the support of the in-house marketing team and agencies.

Responsibilities:

• With the support of the Group Marketing Director, you will oversee the creation and execution of the property groups Marketing, Brand & communications strategy
• Collaborate with the internal Marketing function and channels specialists, ensuring alignment and management of agency relationships for campaign delivery.
• Oversee new website & intranet launch with in-house & 3^rd party support
• Project manage campaigns, allocate budgets and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders
• Support in executing year-round events & employee engagement with events team

About You

• A strong multi-channel marketeer, comfortable and confident overseeing campaigns and working with agencies / in-house teams
• Sound knowledge of digital marketing best practices, experience in each channel is not essential but understanding is preferred
• Excellent communicator & stakeholder management, this role deals with varying members across the business
