Ready to put your skills to the test? You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of team members in this very sociable and exciting role, driving innovative and original ideas for the company along with handling company finances. Other aspects of the role include running the social media for the company along with analysing market trends to be reported to the Managing Director. Line Management responsibilities will also include working closely as a team to ensure that the Marketing department is following strategies along with organising campaign aspects, all whilst following company policies at all times. Main Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Manage all aspects of social media for the company including maintaining the company blog, producing content and running advertising strategies (from Visualsoft).
  • Act as communication for company relations with other parties on behalf of the brand as well as liaising with other team members (e.g. e-commerce team).
  • Oversee and organise all photography photoshoots, print production, content for new product launches and web content (via external agencies).
  • Maintain regular contact and strong working relationships with the field sales team as well as key accounts along with assembling digital product brochures and case study material.
  • Analyse trends and patterns in the market in order to generate innovative marketing strategies with the aim of growing the company’s online sales.
  • Assist with daily tasks and jobs to ensure the smooth running of the company.
  • Demonstrate awareness for budgets and spending actions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • must currently hold a degree or appropriate qualification in Marketing.
  • Experience in constructing and managing email marketing and social media content.
  • Previous background working in a marketing/ digital marketing environment (3 years minimum) or brand/ line management.
  • Confidence in briefing creative artwork, photoshoots and department team members.
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of departments whilst also being comfortable working independently.
  • Display good time management and commercial awareness.
  • Practical thinking in regard to recognising the value of process adherence and budget management and the ability to take the appropriate action from this.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills (including software such as Excel, Microsoft Office etc.).
  • Eager to get involved and enthusiastic to put forward new ideas.
