Marketing Manager - Manchester (3 days in the office) - £35,000 - Beauty

Well known all over the world, this huge beauty retailer is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre! Always pushing boundaries and growing their huge fanbase, this is a brilliant opportunity for beauty-lovers and anyone who wants to step up their career!

Working within the marketing department, the Marketing Manager will report to the head of Social and Marketing Director to support the overall marketing strategy. The successful candidates will be accountable for overseeing all the marketing activity online and offline. The Marketing Manager will take all campaigns from planning to execution to help the wider marketing team towards increasing the brand’s customer base and bolster ROI.

The Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

• Up-keep of internal trading calendars and coordination of updates across the team
• Campaign planning across own brand and celebrity launches
• Development of brand marketing projects in line with key dates and objectives
• Support and knowledge across the wider marketing mix, where required: social, brand, outreach, PR, collaborations and creative
• Successful launch of celebrity and own brand ranges
• Alongside the Social & Ecommerce Team - working to develop the TikTok Shop
• growth strategy as an extra revenue stream
• Chart customer audience growth: social engagement and growth, prospective customers

Key Skills and Attributes for the Marketing Manager:

• 2 years+ experience in Marketing, brand and the fashion/beauty industry
• Knowledge and understanding of all marketing channels and the marketing mix
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn
• Dynamic
• Knowledgeable
• Has a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in their work
