Calling all Marketing Managers! This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work for a market leader in the property industry as their new Marketing Manager and revolutionise their branding and advertising strategy.

Based in Cheshire, our client is passionate about holding strong relationships with their clients, putting them at the heart of the business. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, this is a complete marketing role touching on multiple online and offline disciplines. The primary responsibility is the acquisition of new business bookings through a diverse marketing strategy, encompassing both relationship building and brand collaboration, as well as traditional methods such as online travel agents and travel management companies. Beyond that, the role looks to build brand awareness and support the guest experience to drive high levels of retention.

Main Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Developing sales support literature such as brochures.
  • Be responsible for the planning and execution of all campaigns.
  • Conduct market research into how to promote partnerships.
  • Responsibility for all customer-facing touchpoints with an ongoing requirement to review all assets to ensure messaging is kept up-to-date.
  • Regular meetings in order to collaborate with brands
  • Maintenance of the app partner section to make sure all of the content is up to date in line with partner offers.
  • Monitoring of daily website visitors to proactively identify new routes to market.
  • Attend relevant events in to raise awareness of the brand within the surrounding areas.
  • Conduct competitor analysis reports and make sure that our strategy is competitive and surpasses that of competitors.
  • Responsibility for loyalty scheme and its ongoing management.
  • Development of comprehensive CRM strategy to grow direct bookings and customer loyalty /engagement.

  • Experience of brand building, partnerships and collaboration.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers.
  • An understanding of the importance of ROI from marketing activity.
  • Potential willingness to travel.
  • Ability to maintain good quality relationships with key stakeholders.
