Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and high quality content
  • Focus on building brand awareness through all communication channels, such as email, social media, direct marketing, sponsorships and events
  • Take ownership of the company marketing strategy – design and implement marketing plans
  • Generate new leads for the business through compelling campaigns
  • Regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and metrics (e.g. ROI)
  • Forge relationships with external suppliers in order to produce marketing materials
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders throughout the business to keep them up to date on marketing activities
  • Competitor and environmental analysis
  • Gather client testimonials and feedback to use as marketing content
  • Develop the company website and social media channels
  • Plan the direction of the brand's development with help from the wider business teams

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Flair for copywriting and editing
  • Proven experience in delivering results through excellent marketing campaigns
  • Experience in marketing and advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics)
  • Knowledgeable in CRM’s
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - excited to get hands on with projects! 
  • Great communication skills – thrives on building string working relationships
  • Experienced in managing agency relationships
  • A multi-tasker who is organised and can work to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with SEO best practices and paid search techniques
  • Passion for all things marketing – loves keeping up to date with the industry
