Marketing Manager - Warrington (Hybrid-Working) - Up to £50,000 - Insurance

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

• Oversee all digital marketing projects and day to day activities
• Monitor all budget use to ensure budget limit is not exceeded and to ensure consistent and strong results
• Closely monitor all leads to ensure results are on target and adjust accordingly if not
• Be proactively involved in the delivery of short- and long-term digital marketing activity, including but not limited to: social media management, HTML email campaigns, SEO, PPC, measurement and reporting, POS & presentation design and event management
• Support digital marketing team to enable them to deliver on all projects and duties the team is responsible for
• Generate potential leads and new business opportunities by networking and engaging at our own and external events

The ideal candidates experience:

• Delivered leading campaigns geared towards the relevant audiences, with strong digital and traditional channel experience
• Lead marketing initiatives working with key internal stakeholders, driving collaboration
• Analysed consumer trends, target audiences and competitors and performed market research in order to build successful strategies
• Tracked and reviewed all marketing activity to monitor the effectiveness and report on
• Managed, driven and reported on the marketing initiatives calendar, incorporating seasonal or themed special offers. Writing compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of media where required.
• Keeping online presence and websites up to date with strong SEO & PPC
